These terms govern every interaction with the resizer, format converter, compression optimizer and all associated client-side tooling offered through this domain.
All image transformations — including rescaling, aspect-ratio preservation, format conversion and lossy compression — occur entirely locally on the user's client hardware using the HTML5 Canvas API and WebAssembly modules loaded into your browser.
No computational task performed by this tool requires a network transfer of your image content. The processing runtime executes wholly within your device memory buffer.
We formally state that no uploaded image data is ever transferred to external servers. Your source files, decoded pixel arrays, embedded metadata and exported outputs remain confined to your local browser session at all times.
Because the platform never receives your imagery, INDEXCANVAX holds no capacity to store, view, back up or recover any file you process.
You agree to use the tool solely for lawful image processing. You must hold the appropriate rights, licenses or ownership over any image you resize or convert. You bear sole responsibility for the legality of your source content and exported outputs.
This platform explicitly bars automated scraping bots, headless harvesters, computational framing tactics, iframe embedding for redistribution, and any programmatic attempt to lift, mirror or replicate the interface, source markup or asset payloads.
Circumvention of protective measures, reverse engineering of the processing pipeline, or unauthorized commercial redistribution of the tool is strictly forbidden.
The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. While we design our interpolation and encoding routines for high fidelity, we do not guarantee flawless output across every browser vendor or exotic format combination.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, INDEXCANVAX shall not be liable for any loss, corruption or degradation of image quality, nor for any incidental or consequential damages arising from use of this client-side tool.
These terms are governed by the laws of Finland. The processing bureau is registered at 255 Aallonkatu, Suite 508, Rauma, Satakunta 26100, Finland. Any disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of Satakunta.
