Zero-Upload Privacy Policy & Data Isolation Guarantee
Current July 2026
1. Our Core Privacy Promise
INDEXCANVAX // DIGITAL IMAGE LAB is architected around a single principle: 100% client-side privacy protection. Zero image files, metadata, or personal identifiers are stored or transmitted by our platform. Your imagery never leaves the browser tab it was opened in.
2. How Image Data Is Handled
When you load a file into the studio, it is read locally through the browser FileReader API directly into your device memory. All resizing, format conversion and compression run on the local HTML5 Canvas. When you close the tab, the memory buffer is discarded by your browser.
At no point is a copy of your image, its EXIF metadata, GPS tags or embedded color profile sent across any network to us or to a third party.
3. No Personal Data Collection
We do not require account registration, email submission or any personal identifier to use the resizer. We do not build user profiles, we do not run advertising trackers, and we do not sell or share any information — because we never collect it in the first place.
4. Local Storage Preferences
The only data retained on your device is a small set of local storage tokens used to remember your interface preferences — such as your last selected export format, quality slider position and cookie acknowledgement state. These tokens never leave your browser and contain no image content.
5. Data Isolation Guarantee
Our zero-upload model means there is no server-side database of your work. This structural isolation ensures that even in the unlikely event of a platform compromise, no user imagery could be exposed, because none exists on our infrastructure.
6. Third-Party Resources
The platform may load typographic web fonts from a public font delivery network for visual rendering. These requests transmit only standard browser headers and never include your image data. No analytics beacons transmit file contents.
7. Your Rights
Because we hold no personal data about you, there is nothing to request, correct or delete on our servers. You retain complete control by simply clearing your browser's local storage at any time.
